Wear comfortable workout attire, sneakers, and bring a water bottle. Hand wraps and boxing gloves are recommended; however, we provide them for your first few sessions.

What types of classes do you offer?

We offer a variety of classes, including group boxing workouts, one-on-one training, youth boxing, and fitness-focused sessions tailored to different goals.

How often should I attend classes?
